At Wugland we believe your retirement numbers, net worth, tax projections, and withdrawal strategies are strictly your business. wugland.com is built on a local-first, client-side architecture. We do not require you to create a user account, and we do not transmit or store your financial simulation inputs on our servers.
2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device (Never Sent to Us)
When you use our retirement simulation tool, all financial data you enter—including age/birth year, marital status, portfolio balances, contribution and withdrawal phases, Social Security estimates, inflation assumptions, and tax/IRMAA settings—is processed directly inside your web browser using JavaScript.

localStorage: To allow your inputs and Pro license status to persist between browser sessions, the application saves your configuration settings directly to your browser’s local storage on your device.
- Zero Server Transmission: This financial data stays on your device. We cannot view, access, sell, or share your financial simulation inputs because we never receive them.
- AI Exports & External Tools: If you use any export feature (such as generating a summary prompt or exporting data to CSV/Google Sheets for analysis in third-party AI tools), you are initiating that transfer yourself. Once you paste or upload exported data into a third-party service, that third party’s privacy policy governs how your data is handled.
3. Information Collected via Third-Party Infrastructure
While we do not collect your financial modeling inputs, our website relies on trusted third-party infrastructure providers to deliver the site and process Pro license purchases:
A. Payment Processing & Licensing (LemonSqueezy)
When you purchase or activate a Pro license, the checkout and license validation process is handled by our Merchant of Record, LemonSqueezy, LLC.
- What They Collect: During checkout, LemonSqueezy collects your name, email address, billing address, and payment method details to process your order, calculate applicable sales tax/VAT, and issue your license key.
- What We Receive: We do not have access to your full credit card number. Through our LemonSqueezy dashboard and API integration, we only have access to basic order metadata (such as your email address, purchase date, transaction status, and license key activation count) for customer support, license verification, and accounting purposes.

B. Web Hosting & Security (Cloudflare Pages)
Our website is hosted and delivered via Cloudflare Pages.
- When you visit wugland.com, Cloudflare automatically processes standard network connection data—such as your IP address, browser user-agent, and request timestamps—to route traffic, mitigate Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, and maintain site security.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
- Functional Local Storage: We use browser
localStorage strictly to save your calculator state and remember your Pro license unlock status across sessions.
- Checkout Cookies: When you open the LemonSqueezy checkout overlay or link, LemonSqueezy may set functional cookies required to complete your transaction and prevent fraud.
- No Third-Party Ad Tracking: We do not run third-party advertising networks or sell your browsing behavior to data brokers.
5. How to Delete Your Data
- Clearing Your Financial Inputs: Because your simulation data is stored locally in your browser, you have complete control over it. You can delete your saved financial inputs at any time by using the reset function within the tool or by clearing your browser's site data/cache for
wugland.com.
- Order & License Records: If you have purchased a Pro license and wish to request the deletion of your customer record (subject to mandatory tax and accounting retention laws), please contact Lemon Squeezy. Wugland does not retain any buyer information.
6. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our software features or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "Effective Date."
